Working Student Sales and Finance

We are building the leading platform for refurbished climbing holds and volumes in Europe!

This is how you become part of the solution.

You will play a central role in the growth of the company and work closely with our founders. We are currently focusing on our go-to-market strategy, so your focus will also be in this area. This is how you will support us:

  • Customer Acquisition: You will develop and test sales channels to efficiently acquire new customers.
  • Reporting and Process Optimization: You will help us evaluate and compare various sales strategies and thus optimize our sales processes.
  • Business Development: We are a young company that is currently in its development phase. You will support our development with your skills and contribute your own ideas.

What you bring to the table.

  • Hands-on Mentality: Most of what you will do at Banana/ReGrab has never been done before. There is no blueprint, and you will independently solve unstructured problems.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: You understand that resources are limited and therefore use them efficiently. You are able to react agilely to changing circumstances without losing sight of the long-term goal.
  • Desire for Responsibility and Creative Freedom: Students at Banana are full team members. You want to contribute your own ideas, are confident in owning projects, and drive topics forward independently.
  • High Willingness to Learn: You enjoy looking beyond your own horizons and enjoy learning new things.
  • Fluent German Language Skills: Many of our customers do not speak English – excellent German language skills are therefore a prerequisite.
  • Partial Availability in Saarland is an Advantage: You have at least six months for the position, preferably more. The sooner you can start, the better.
  • Knowledge of the Climbing Industry is an Advantage: If you boulder or climb yourself, even better.
