Are the products in the online shop "new"?
Our shop carries products that are new or regrabbed, meaning reconditioned. All products are in a condition that can be described as new or like new.
How does the banana coating get onto the volumes?

What kind of wood are the volumes made of?
Banana Volumes are made from high-quality 18mm thick birch plywood. We use birch because this material offers the perfect balance between stability and elasticity for our volumes. Furthermore, the corresponding trees are among the fast-growing species, which makes birch plywood a sustainable choice.
Can I choose the color of my handles and volumes?
Yes! In principle, the color of the products can be freely chosen. If this is not the case, we will expressly point this out. The available colors are:
- Black (RAL 9005)
- White (RAL 9010)
- Grey (RAL 7040)
- Red (RAL 3020)
- Yellow (RAL 1023)
- Blue (RAL 5015)
- Turquoise (RAL 5018)
- Green (RAL 6037)
- Violet (RAL 4008)
What is the difference between ReGrab and resurfacing climbing holds and volumes?
ReGrab is an overhaul of macros and volumes.
For macros and volumes, we strip off the old coating, repair any damaged areas, renew the mounting holes, and for volumes, also the T-nuts. Your macro or volume will be returned to you "as good as new".
Which products can I have ReGrabbed?
We currently offer ReGrab for macros made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) and for volumes made of at least 18mm thick multiplex (birch).
We are already working at full speed on a solution for holds made of polyurethane (PU) and polyester (PE).
What does the ReGrab service cost?
On average, the ReGrab Service costs approximately 65% and ReGrabbed Macros and Volumes approximately 75% of the new price.
The price of macros depends on the size of the individual elements. There are product categories S, M and L.
The price of volumes is determined by the weight of the individual volumes. The categories XS-XL differ in their price per kilogram.
When is it too late for ReGrab?
Safety is a major concern for all of us!
But it is only too late when:
- Macros or handles are torn or broken.
- The material of your macros no longer makes it possible to place new attachment points.
- Adhesive bonds are no longer intact when volume is exceeded.

What is Banana Flow?
Banana Flow is our answer to rising costs. With this product-service system, you determine the duration for which you want to purchase macros or volumes, and we will find the best solution for you.
What products does Banana Flow offer?
You can also get (almost) all of our products in Banana Flow.
How much does Banana Flow cost?
The costs are determined by the new price of the products. At the beginning of the term, a down payment (10%) and shipping are due. From then on, you pay in monthly installments. We would be happy to make you a non-binding offer. Just tell us which products you would like!
Shipping/Delivery
How are the shipping costs calculated?
We pack the products in 4 categories: package, EURO pallet, disposable pallet 200x80 cm or disposable pallet 140x140cm. Depending on the size of the set and the individual shapes, we determine the packing size. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible and design the sets accordingly.
I have products in my shopping cart that can be shipped together, but the shipping is charged twice. What can I do?
